Training & Quality Assurance Manager Job Vacancy at Ramada Resort

We are seeking an experienced Training & Quality Assurance Manager to oversee training programs, uphold quality standards, and drive operational excellence across all our properties in Tanzania. Candidates with experience in 5-star properties and strong knowledge of the African hospitality market are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Development

i. Design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs, including onboarding, soft skills, technical skills, and leadership development.

ii. Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and implement tailored learning solutions.

iii. Mentor departmental trainers and monitor training effectiveness.

iv. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

2. Quality Assurance

i. Establish and enforce high-quality service standards across all properties.

ii. Conduct audits, inspections, and mystery guest evaluations.

iii. Develop corrective action plans based on guest feedback, audits, and KPIs.

iv. Create and maintain quality assurance formats, checklists, and SOPs.

3. Operational Support

i. Develop corrective action plans based on guest feedback, audits, and KPIs.

ii. Create and maintain quality assurance formats, checklists, and SOPs.

iii. Support the development, implementation, and review of SOPs.

iv. Coach managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.

v. Analyze performance data, guest feedback, and KPIs to drive improvements.

vi. Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

i. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

ii. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Learning & Development or Quality Assurance within the hospitality industry.

iii. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

iv. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

v. Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams at all levels.

vi. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

v. Demonstrated commitment to staff development and guest satisfaction.
