Role Summary
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to support the founder’s personal brand by turning raw ideas, voice notes, and videos into clear, professional content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
This role focuses on execution, clarity, and consistency — not influencer trends.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and polish content from founder’s voice notes, drafts, and videos
Schedule and publish posts across platforms
Repurpose one idea into multiple formats (text & short video)
Adapt content for each platform
Maintain consistent posting (3–5 posts per week)
Requirements
Strong written English
Experience managing social media accounts
Organized, reliable, and able to follow direction
Basic understanding of business or professional content
Added Advantage
Education or training in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field
Short-form video editing skills
Experience with LinkedIn thought leadership content
