Ajira Mpya 41500 zatangazwa na Serikali

Katika mwaka wa fedha 2025/26 Bunge la Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania iliidhinishwa nafasi 41,500 za ajira mpya kwa Taasisi mbalimbali zikiwemo nafasi 12,176 za Walimu na nafasi 10, 280 za kada za Afya ambapo utekelezaji wake unaanza mara moja,” amesema. 

Ili kupunguza gharama kwa waombaji, kuongeza uwazi wa mchakato wa ajira, pamoja na kuharakisha upatikanaji wa watumishi wenye sifa, Mkomi amewataka waajiri kutoa ushirikiano na waombaji kupata fursa ya kufanya usaili katika maeneo yao bila kulazimika kusafiri umbali mrefu.

“Ili kuhakikisha Sekretarieti ya Ajira inatekeleza jukumu hili ipasavyo, Waajiri wote wanaelekezwa kutoa ushirikiano, aidha, ninapenda pia kutoa maelekezo kwa Waajiri ambao Sekretarieti ya Ajira imekasimu madaraka ya uendeshaji wa mchakato wa ajira kwa baadhi ya kada, kuhakikisha wanaendesha usaili huu mara moja ili kujaza nafasi walizoidhinishiwa kwa kuzingatia Sheria, taratibu na Kanuni za uendeshaji wa usaili katika Utumishi wa Umma,”amesema.


Amesema kwa lengo la kuhakikisha zoezi la usaili linapunguza gharama na linafanyika kwa wakati, Sekretarieti ya Ajira katika Utumishi wa Umma imeelekezwa zoezi la usaili lifanyike kila Mkoa Tanzania Bara na vituo vilivyoandaliwa mahsusi kwa upande wa Zanzibar ili kutoa fursa kwa waombaji kutoka katika maeneo husika kuomba na hatimaye kusailiwa.


“Waombaji watakaofaulu usaili lakini wakashindwa kupangiwa kazi baada ya usaili wawekwe katika Kanzidata na waendelee kupangiwa kazi kwa kadri nafasi za ajira mpya zitakapokuwa zinapatikana, waombaji hawa watapangiwa kazi katika Taasisi zitakazokuwa na nafasi popote hapa nchini,”amesema. 


Ameongeza kuwa barua za kupangiwa vituo vya kazi kwa wasailiwa watakaofualu usaili zipatikane katika “Mfumo wa Ajira Portal” kupitia akaunti za wahusika ili kuondoa changamoto ya upatikanaji wake. 

In the 2025/26 financial year, the Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania approved 41,500 new employment positions in various institutions, including 12,176 positions for teachers and 10,280 positions in the health sector, whose implementation begins immediately,” he said.


To reduce costs for applicants, enhance transparency in the recruitment process, and speed up the placement of qualified personnel, Mkomi urged employers to cooperate by allowing applicants to attend interviews within their respective regions, without having to travel long distances.


> “To ensure that the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat executes this responsibility effectively, all employers are instructed to provide full cooperation. In addition, I would like to direct those employers to whom the Secretariat has delegated recruitment authority for certain cadres to conduct interviews immediately to fill the approved positions, in accordance with the laws, procedures, and regulations governing public service recruitment,” he said.

He further explained that, in order to minimize costs and ensure timely interviews, the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat has been directed to conduct the exercise in every region on the Tanzanian mainland and at designated centers in Zanzibar, to allow applicants from respective areas to apply and be interviewed closer to their homes.

“Applicants who pass the interview but are not immediately assigned positions will be placed in a database and will continue to be allocated jobs as new vacancies arise. These applicants will be posted to institutions that have available positions anywhere in the country,” he said.


He added that appointment letters for successful candidates will be made available through the Recruitment Portal system under their respective accounts, to eliminate challenges related to the distribution and access of such letters.
