The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat on behalf of MDAs & LGAs wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for jobs that the interviews are expected to be conducted from 15/12/2025 to 22/12/2025 and thereafter assign duty stations to the applicants who will pass the interviews. Candidates who are called for the interview must observe the following instructions:
1. The interview will be conducted starting from the date as shown in this announcement. The time and place where the interview will be conducted have been specified for each cadre.
2. Every candidate must arrive at the interview venue wearing a mask.
3. Every candidate must have an identification document for verification.
Accepted identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driver’s License, or an introduction letter from the Local Government Authority (Street/Village) where the candidate comes from.
4. Candidates must arrive with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from the birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree, and above depending on the qualifications required for the specific post.
5. Candidates who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, Form IV and Form VI result slips will NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
6. For cadres that require registration by Professional Boards, candidates must bring their original Registration Certificates together with their Work Licenses.
7. Every candidate will cover their own costs for Food, Transport, and Accommodation. In addition, every candidate must attend the interview wearing neat and decent clothing in accordance with the Dress Code Circular.
8. Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA). Candidates of cadres that require a GPA, who studied outside Tanzania, must submit the GPA verification certificate from TCU.
9. Candidates who have not seen their names in this announcement must log into their Ajira Portal accounts and see the reasons for not being called so that they do not miss opportunities next time.
10. All candidates who have been called for the interview must make sure they log into their accounts and copy the interview number. In addition, candidates who will take the screening interview online must remember the email address and password they use in the Ajira Portal system.
11. Candidates whose names differ in their documents must submit a Deed Poll (Legal Name Change Affidavit) registered by the Ministry of Lands.
